Chris started training Karate at the age of 6.
Achieved a 1st Degree Blackbelt at the age of 17.
Following this, Chris expanded his knowledge of Martial Arts by training in several others of different styles.
  He is a qualified Martial Arts Instructor / Examiner and holds a Level 1 Coaching Award (to NVQ Standards) within NAKMAS.
These studies are ongoing and mainly include:
Aikido (2Yrs), Capoeira (4Yrs), Kyusho-Jitsu (11Yrs), Small Circle Ju-Jitsu (9Yrs), Systema (7Yrs), Uechi Ryu (1Yr) & Wadoryu Karate (18Yrs)  and various Traditional and Oriental Weapons (18Yrs).
At the age of 24, Chris has recently achieved a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Wadoryu and a 1st Degree Blackbelt in Kyusho-Jitsu .
Chris also regularly trains in Acrobatics and is mid-way through Diploma's Shiatsu and Acupressure and due to start anothe in Qi-Gong.
All of these things enhance the training experience.
Chris is due to become a qualified First Aider within Martial Arts and is working towards his Instructorship in First Aid.
